Pastor Scott Davis began his ministry at Central Manor Church in June of 2017. He received his Master of Divinity, and Doctor of Ministries degrees from Calvary Baptist Seminary. He has been preaching and teaching since 1989. He was the founding Pastor of Nazareth Baptist Church in the summer of 1995 (now Slate Belt/Nazareth Baptist Church) and has participated in planting several churches over the years. He has been married since 1989 to Lisa Davis. Lisa taught elementary Ed in Christian schools for many years and is currently employed as a secretary at WDAC radio. Scott and Lisa have three adult children and two grandchildren. They feel that in serving God in Lancaster, PA, that they have returned to Lisa’s roots since this is the area where both sides of her family lived for many years.

Steve Scoffone has been serving at Central Manor Church since January 2021. He is a graduate of Ursinus College and Westminster Theological Seminary. Steve met his wife, Barb, while they were both serving with Inter Varsity Christian Fellowship. After they got married, they served in cross-cultural ministry with Cambodians and Vietnamese in Philadelphia. They also spent three years living and serving in Cambodia with their four daughters. Steve is our Pastor of Connections and Operations. His desire is to help people connect for both community and spiritual growth. We primarily do this at Central Manor through our Life Groups and our Adult Sunday Classes. Steve also works with our Global Outreach Team.

Pastor of Youth & Family

Jeremy Metze has been a pastor at Central Manor Church since May of 2018. He is a graduate of Baptist Bible College and Liberty University. Jeremy and his wife, Hannah, have four children. Jeremy is passionate about partnering with families and equipping them to have godly households, and helping children and youth to understand the Bible and to know foundational Christian doctrine.

Noah Reber started his ministry at Central Manor Church since March of 2022. He is a graduate of Lancaster Bible College with a Bachelors in Worship Arts and Biblical Studies. Noah has been leading worship in many different contexts including Mission Church Lancaster and Lancaster Bible College. His desire is to raise up a generation of those who desire to worship God for who he is and living a life fulfilled to the glory of God.
